Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or trauma. I’m passionate about helping clients feel supported, understood, and less alone through these challenges.
I consider myself a relationship expert and love helping people better understand the patterns that create connection, disconnection, hurt, and healing in relationships. Whether it’s a romantic partnership, your relationship with yourself, or with family members and loved ones, I can help you improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and feel more emotionally secure, confident, and understood. I also specialize in various types of trauma work and am trained in EMDR to help you process difficult experiences and find peace.
